  • Crudwell Neighbourhood Plan Review

We would like your thoughts, suggestions, or concerns regarding our new Neighbourhood Plan potential housing allocation proposals. These sites have been put forward by landowners and developers as possible allocations to meet our requirement of 39 homes to meet the new Government targets. We should remind you that if we do not allocate 39 homes in our Plan we could be exposed to much larger speculative applications given the current poor land supply position of Wiltshire Council. We are undertaking a formal technical review of the sites to determine which of them or which combination will best meet our needs in terms of sustainability and deliverability. This is an opportunity for you to keep up to speed with our work as the new Plan develops and to give us some informal feedback. You will be formally consulted with Regulation 14 of our proposed new Neighbourhood Plan early in the new year. We are also looking at the possibility of lowering the speed limit in Crudwell to 20 MPH and would like your views on whether you are in favour of this so you will find a place to respond to that proposal below. Crudwell Parish Council will only retain and use your email to contact you regarding the Crudwell Neighbourhood Plan, we will not share your information and are governed by GDPR.
