Vendor Flat Fee Payment*

USDThe vendor agrees to make a non-refundable fixed payment of $250 to the venue, in addition to a domestic merchant fee of 3.2%. This total amount must be fully settled at least seven days prior to the event for which you are registering. Payment should be processed through the PayPal link provided above. Please be aware that your vendor space will not be confirmed until this form is completely filled out and submitted. Additionally, the vendor is obligated to pay 10% of gross sales that exceed $500 to the Venue, with this amount being calculated and due immediately at the conclusion of the event/show. Gross sales are defined as the total revenue generated from concessions or merchandise sold during the event. All vendors must meet with the venue manager to review gross sales before departing from the venue.

The vendor or organization commits to complying with all regulations established by the venue, which include capacity limits, safety measures, and noise management protocols. The vendor or organization is responsible for providing their own electrical cords and necessary equipment to operate their booth. The Venue will furnish each vendor with one 6-foot table, complete with table coverings, and two complimentary general admission tickets for the event or show. The Venue prohibits the use of bright lights throughout the event or show. Additionally, vendors are requested to arrive at least two hours before the event or show begins for check-in and setup, and they should refrain from packing up or loading out until the event concludes and they have met with the manager to finalize sales and payouts. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual written consent from both parties or in the event of a substantial breach by either party. The laws of the State of Michigan will govern and interpret this Agreement. By signing below, both parties acknowledge their acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
