Terms of Use
On-Demand Pay is only available for completed shifts. All required documentation must be submitted and approved before a shift is eligible for payout.
Requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM for same-day Cash App or Venmo payments and next-day direct deposits.
If your work hours on Friday conclude after 3pm, you are not eligible to be paid for that day until Monday.
Deposit processing times vary by bank or payment provider. Silver Home Care processes payments as requested, but we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment services, or financial institutions.
Employees must ensure their payment details are correct. Silver Home Care is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to outdated or inaccurate information provided by the employee.
If a payment is sent to a closed, overdrawn, or incorrect account, Silver Home Care is not responsible for any resulting fees or delays. It is the employee's responsibility to update their payment method if needed.
Changes to your On-Demand Pay preferences must be submitted by noon no later than the day before the deposit is scheduled.
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
All On-Demand Pay transactions are subject to the applicable service fees.
On-Demand Pay is a courtesy service and is not guaranteed. Silver Home Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time.
