      Participating in this program offers kids a unique opportunity to build confidence, leadership, and presentation skills while making unforgettable memories. Winners will have the chance to join their sister queens at special events, city parades, and fashion shows, giving them valuable public exposure and a taste of the spotlight. With a dedicated workshop on runway walk and posing, participants will also gain poise and grace. Beyond personal growth, all proceeds from this program support nutrition meals and education for underprivileged children, making their involvement a meaningful contribution to a greater cause. AmPowering, a globally awarded nonprofit, proudly crowns these young achievers, creating moments that are cherished by both families and the community.

    • AmPowering Prince & Princess Program Terms and Conditions

      Our Prince & princess Program is a nonprofit segment and benefit our charity initiatives under 501c(3) non profit AmPowering Organization which is a managed by group of volunteers working for a social cause and providing a platform for our young kids to be presented as respective Prince & Princess of their respective cities / county / state / country. We are not creating competition in prince & princess program and kids are crowned and given sash after their walk on the stage to be our young ambassadors of humanity, peace and giving back.

      The following are the official rules and regulations Prince & princess Program and parentss must read and adhere to the following rules and regulations to participate in the beauty program. To be eligible as a contestant:

      ·      Parents & Children are participating in a Volunteer based event. The organization is not responsible for any expenses incurred for this program.

      ·  Registration & training fee / donation is non-refundable. It include all expenses related to 1-2 training session, refreshments, kids swag bags and your sash and crown. It also includes your participating child event ticket. Parents need to buy their tickets.

      ·      Your fee also provides a confirmed sash & crown for your participation. All selected contestants will be given a confirmed sash & crown from their respective cities. Titles are given as first come first taken. E.g., Princess of  Redmond WA.

      ·      We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property of the delegates, their friends, and their families.

      WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY PATICIPANTS for PRINCE & PRINCESS PROGRAM 

      o   FORMAL EVENING GOWN / FROCK for Princess

      o   Tuxedo, formal pant & shirt for PRINCE

      ·      Parents are giving their consent to use their child pictures and videos for marketing material and as needed to promote the program.  

      ·      AmPowering, the Producer of NAFW & Prince & Princess Program Cultural Programs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or reject any applications from a prospective delegate and to eliminate any delegate from the Program at any time for any violation of the Rules and Regulations. Decisions of the producer are final.

      These rules and regulations are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Program reserves the right to make said modifications at its sole discretion.

      HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless indefinitely AmPowering, volunteers and agents, and all of their affiliates, staff, entertainers, judges, sponsors and volunteers, from all claims and damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to, attorney’s fees and costs, by reason of any suits, claims, demands, judgments or causes of action, initiated by any person or entity arising or alleged to have arisen directly or indirectly from the program and all events and activities associated therewith. I certify that I have fully read and understood the Rules and Regulations of the Prince & Princess Program. I agree to abide by them and all other terms and conditions of the program and affix my signature below as evidence of my acceptance thereof.  I further agree to provide AmPowering within 48 hours (about 2 days) of receipt of notice, all information and evidence requested of me to establish my compliance with all rules, regulations, terms, conditions and restrictions of the Prince & Princess Program. I agree that I release and relinquish forever, any claims to legal or equitable relief arising from this agreement or directly or indirectly arising from the  Prince & Princess Program or AmPowering. I agree that I shall not disparage, defame, libel or slander AmPowering and it’s sponsors, judges, producers, staff, volunteers, vendors, audience and committee members or anyone connected with the program. I understand that my obligations commence upon signing the contract and remain in effect before, during and after the program. My failure to comply with the requirements and the rules and regulations of Prince & Princess Program shall subject me to disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any titles, gifts and prizes associated therewith. BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND WILL FURTHER AGREE TO ABIDE THEM.
