Digital Marketing Specialist – Build & Lead a New Division!

This isn’t just another marketing job—you will be the driving force behind a new marketing and sales department. You’ll have the autonomy to create and implement strategies from scratch, manage the team, and provide critical business insights.

What You’ll Do:
- Establish and lead the company’s marketing and sales department.
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to boost lead generation and client acquisition.
- Design and optimize sales funnels for residential and corporate security clients.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Create engaging, industry-specific content to educate audiences about security solutions.
- Manage social media platforms and online ad campaigns, focusing on lead conversion.
- Leverage automation tools to streamline client follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Provide management and performance feedback on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and sales funnels in service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Meta AI, Make.com) and social media ad campaign creation.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
- Adaptability to communicate complex security solutions simply and effectively.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of additional South African languages is an advantage.
