Returns/ Refunds
As far as returns, please understand each order is custom. No two mums are made alike by me. With that being said we do not do refunds or returns. However, I want everyone to be happy with their purchase! If there is anything to your disliking please let me know so I can make it right. Full payment is needed before agreed-upon pick-up date. Three weeks prior to agreed-upon pickup date your initial deposit is not refundable. Less than Two weeks prior to pick-up date all monies paid are non-refundable. Senior mums are required full payment before I start them and I do not allow cancellations.
