    2025-2026 Grant Application Form
  • The Regina Brindle Grant Program aims to honour the significant contributions Regina Brindle made to promoting consumer voices in the alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health and wellbeing (MHW) sectors in Victoria.

Each year, we award a grant of up to $5,000 to individuals or small groups who are past or present consumers, and who have lived and/or living experience of AOD, gambling and/or mental health challenges. Family, friends and supporters are also eligible to apply.

The Regina Brindle Grant Program supports projects that aim to do one or more of the following:

    • Promote the consumer voice
    • Address barriers to social inclusion experienced by AOD and/or MHW consumers
    • Promote community engagement and education
    • Reduce stigma and discrimination
    • Promote human rights

Grants are awarded exclusively to grassroots, consumer-led projects.

Applications from services or organisations in the AOD or MHW sectors are not accepted.

Individuals or small groups who are currently accessing a service or program may apply for a grant, provided the project is run independently of the organisation and is not exclusively for clients or staff of the service.
