Thank you for choosing to train with SoFit. Please fill out the form below to cancel your In-Person personal training membership. Our team will reach out to you within the next business day to confirm your cancellation has been processed.

Important Reminders:

Outside Minimum Term
If you have completed your minimum agreement term, we only require two weeks’ notice to finalize your cancellation.

Within Minimum Term
If you are still within your minimum agreement term, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining agreement value will apply.

At the end of this form, we’ve included a few short questions about your experience with SoFit—what you enjoyed and what we could improve. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we appreciate any insights you can share to help us enhance the SoFit experience for all members.
