  • The Integrity Method® Practitioner Directory Membership – Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in The Integrity Method® Practitioner Directory Membership and outline the expectations, commitments, and responsibilities of both parties. By applying for membership, you agree to the following terms:

  • 1. Membership Eligibility

  • 1.1. Applicants must hold valid certifications in their chosen modality and provide proof upon request.


    1.2. Professional indemnity insurance must be maintained for the membership duration.


    1.3. Practitioners must adhere to ethical and professional standards in their practice.

    1.4 To become a member, you must be 18 years old or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services.

    1.5 If you, The Practitioner, are contacted by someone under the age of 18 years old, you have a duty of care to ensure that a parent, guardian or carer is involved in the entire process.

    1.6 If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are not permitted to use these Services. Access to these Services is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access these Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

    1.7 By accessing and using these Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to these Terms. Practitioners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local and national laws that apply to their use of these Services and for working with minors as clients.

  • 2. Membership Fees & Commitment

  • 2.1. Membership is subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the start date.

    2.2. Fees are payable monthly in advance and are non-refundable.

    2.3. Membership tiers and associated fees:

    Silver: £20/month – Directory Listing Only
    Gold: £57/month – Directory Listing + Monthly Masterclass
    Platinum: £97/month – Directory Listing + Monthly Masterclass + Group Supervision

    2.4. Payments must be made via the designated payment method, and failure to pay may result in suspension or removal from the directory.

  • 3. Cancellation & Notice Period

  • 3.1. Practitioners may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of one (1) month's written notice after completing the initial three (3) month commitment.
    3.2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to rebecca@theintegritymethod.org.
    3.3. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Membership remains active until the end of the final billing cycle.
    3.4. The directory reserves the right to terminate a practitioner’s membership with immediate effect in cases of misconduct, breach of ethical standards, or non-compliance with these terms.

  • 4. Practitioner Responsibilities

  • 4.1. Practitioners must ensure the accuracy of their profile and notify us of any changes to their availability, qualifications, or insurance.
    4.2. Clients engaging with practitioners through the directory do so at their discretion. Practitioners are responsible for maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
    4.3. The directory does not guarantee a specific number of referrals or client engagements.
    4.4. Platinum members must attend scheduled supervision sessions as part of their membership commitment.

  • 5. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards

  • 5.1. Practitioners must conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect for clients and fellow practitioners.
    5.2. Any reports of misconduct or unethical behaviour may result in a review of membership status and potential removal from the directory.
    5.3. The use of the directory for solicitation, misleading advertising, or unethical practices is strictly prohibited.

  • 6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • 6.1. The directory acts as a referral platform and is not responsible for the outcomes of any client-practitioner relationships.
    6.2. Practitioners assume full responsibility for their professional services, client interactions, and any potential liabilities arising from their practice.
    6.3. The directory is not liable for any disputes between clients and practitioners.

  • 7. Amendments & Changes

  • 7.1. The directory reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, membership fees, or services at any time with prior notice.
    7.2. Continued participation in the membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • 8 Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE INTEGRITY METHOD® PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, OR DIRECT DAMAGES, NOR FOR SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

    (1) THESE TERMS, (2) ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, (3) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY IN PROVIDING OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE SERVICES, (4) THE SERVICES OR CONDUCT OF ANY PROFESSIONAL MEMBER, OR (5) TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES.

    THE INTEGRITY METHOD® PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY DOES NOT ACT AS AN AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY PROFESSIONAL MEMBER LISTED ON THIS DIRECTORY.

  • 8.1 Release

  • By using the Services, you agree to release, discharge, and hold The Integrity Method® Practitioner Directory and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or injury (including death) arising from or related to the Services or any disputes with other Users, Clients or Professional Members on the platform.

  • 8.2 Governing Law 

  • This Agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales as applicable and to be performed entirely within England and Wales, without giving effect to any other laws. This Agreement and all documents referenced herein were drafted in the English language, and any translations thereof shall not be binding on either party to the extent they conflict with the English versions.

  • 8.3 Severability

  • Suppose any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations listed above. In that case, the invalid or unenforceable part will be replaced by a valid provision that closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.

  • 9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

  • By submitting your application and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
