AAN Member Terms
Aggie Angel Network (AAN) facilitates the introduction of entrepreneurs to potential investors through presentations and other mechanisms. AAN consists of individual angel investors interested in financing privately held companies or ventures typically in an early stage of development. Membership in AAN is a privilege, which is subject to renewal, revocation, or termination for a member’s failure to conduct him or herself in a manner consistent with AAN’s Code of Conduct. Qualified individuals are invited to consider becoming members of the AAN. If you are interested in joining the AAN (or renewing your current membership), please complete the membership application below. After your application has been submitted it will be reviewed by the AAN Board and if accepted, you will be invoiced for the fee associated with the type of membership specified in your application. All membership cycles will run January 1 through December 31, with a deadline to apply/renew by April 1 of each year. Once membership fees have been paid, members are eligible to participate in AAN events and resources. AAN membership may be terminated or membership revoked at the discretion and determination of the AAN Board, should it be determined that an AAN member has breached any term of AAN membership. A member will be notified in writing by the AAN Board of the intent to terminate or revoke membership, and the on-notice member shall have thirty (30) days in which to submit a written response, should the member deem his/her actions or inactions do not warrant or qualify for termination or revocation of membership. The AAN Board shall consider, in good faith, such on-notice member written response within sixty (60) days. The decision of the AAN Board is final. Before completing the application below, it is also important to note that AAN Members will be required to make investment(s) that total a minimum of $15,000 per year.
