  • Selecting a sponsorship option and submitting this form does not commit you to the specific sponsorship, nor bind SCTA to guarantee access to the indicated benefits. By submitting this form, you are expressing a firm interest in becoming a sponsor. The sponsorship is finalized upon signing the sponsorship agreement.

    To guarantee access to the indicated sponsorship benefits, including access to the Gala Dinner tables, please submit the form below by 31st March 2025.

    Please note, Gala Dinner table bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.

  • Sponsorship
    We invite you to explore our different sponsorship opportunities by selecting your preferred option in the form below. The benefits listed for each sponsorship level reflect the minimum entitlements for that level. If you have specific requests not listed, please contact us for further details.

    Gala Dinner Tables
    Your sponsorship level grants the opportunity to purchase a specified number of tables at a discounted price exclusive to Sponsors. Each table costs CHF 4,000 (up to 10 seats per table). This is in addition to your Sponsorship payment.

    Additional Tables
    Booking additional tables after the sponsorship application deadline is subject to availability and not guaranteed. If you wish to book additional tables beyond the number of tables your sponsorship level allows you to access, please contact us directly.

    Meeting Rooms
    We have a selection of exclusive meeting rooms available at the Conference Center in Basel, located at the heart of the Forum, as well as at the adjacent Basel Marriott Hotel. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors receive preferential meeting room rates as indicated in the sponsorship tier benefits below.

    Booths
    Booth spaces are limited and subject to SCTA approval. The "Other Sponsorship" includes a 3m x 3m booth with a basic setup (table, chairs, TV screen). Higher-tier sponsors interested in securing a booth, please contact SCTA for more details.

    Forum Access and Cocktail Receptions
    All Gala Dinner guests receive full access to the 2-day Forum, the Thursday Evening Cocktail Reception, and the exclusive Gala Dinner Cocktail Reception, which is only open to Gala Dinner guests.

  • Meeting Room Requirements

    Meeting room bookings will open in April. In the meantime, please indicate your interest, and you will receive priority updates.

  • Multi-year sponsorship option

    SCTA also provides a "multi-year" sponsorship option, allowing sponsors to commit to a specific sponsorship for both 2025 and 2026 – and securing also the number of tables related to each sponsorship level. 

    Committing to both 2025 and 2026 will lock in the sponsorship fee. Payment for the 2026 sponsorship will be due after the 2025 Forum.

  • SCTA Sponsorship Terms & Conditions 
    As a Sponsor for the 16th SCTA Forum & Dinner 2025, the Sponsor agrees to pay the Sponsorship Fee corresponding to the confirmed sponsorship level. The Sponsor acknowledges that tables at the Gala Dinner are invoiced separately from the Sponsorship. Table bookings are not automatically included with the sponsorship level; the sponsorship only grants the right to purchase a table. Sponsorship level, fee, and benefits will be based on the total sponsorship amount. Full details of the benefits for each sponsorship level can be found in the SCTA 2025 Forum & Dinner Sponsorship Brochure. 

    Sponsorship payment terms are net 30 days. The Sponsor agrees to pay the full Sponsorship Fee within 30 days of receiving the sponsorship agreement and invoice. SCTA reserves the right to withdraw the sponsorship if payment is not received within 30 days of the signed Sponsorship Agreement. 

    Cancellations of Sponsorship and/or Dinner table bookings and/or Meeting room bookings made prior to 1st August will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 1st August. 

    The Sponsor grants SCTA a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the Sponsor's name and/or logo on the SCTA website and in any directory listing the sponsors for the 2025 SCTA Forum & Dinner. The logo and name may also be used in promotional materials, including those for future SCTA events. SCTA will not be liable for any errors or omissions in these listings or materials. 

    SCTA is responsible for all food and beverage services during the Forum and Gala Dinner. SCTA will check with each Dinner participant regarding any allergy or food intolerance requirements and will ensure that all food and beverage served is properly labeled.

    Sponsors are not permitted to distribute food or beverages at the Forum and Gala Dinner. If you have any specific requests in this regard, please contact SCTA in advance. Additionally, Sponsors acknowledge that the distribution or consumption of CBD or cannabis-related products is strictly prohibited at the event. SCTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any items that do not comply with these terms.

  • Acknowledgment
    By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the SCTA Sponsorship Terms and Conditions, which will apply once your sponsorship application is confirmed.
