Woodley Warrior Swim & Dive Team Sponsorship Application Form

The Woodley Warriors Swim and Dive Team, based in Falls Church, Virginia, is a cherished summer sports program that has been fostering athletic excellence and community spirit for local youth since 1956. Our program provides competitive swimming and diving opportunities for children ages 5-18, promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Fun Facts About Our 2025 Season 

• Woodley Pool Opens Memorial Day Weekend to 1,130 members.
• The pool has an ongoing waitlist of about 100 households.
• Swim and Dive practice begins in late May (brrrrr, the water is chilly!)

  • 1 x Relay Carnival hosted at Woodley which includes all six teams in our division
  • 1 x Woodley 29th Annual Mini-Meet invitational with over 200 swimmers 10 and under, plus 50+ volunteers, and swimmers' parents.

Woodley Warriors Swim and Dive
Sponsorship Agreement

• In return for advertising and recognition services associated with this Contract and provided during the duration of this agreement, the above referenced Company or “Sponsor” agrees to provide full monetary consideration identified with the sponsorship level selected to the Woodley Warriors Swim and Dive Team, "WWSD." The term of the Agreement shall expire on December 31, 2025, unless otherwise specified above.
  
• Sponsor agrees to hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Woodley Warriors Swim and Dive Team; Woodley Recreation Association, Board Members, Staff, and Coaches; including its volunteers, agents, affiliates or sponsors from any liability, injury, or damages incurred at any time as a result of their contributing sponsorship to the WWSD.
  
• WWSD is not responsible for loss of Sponsorship exposure due to vandalism, weather, or other circumstances beyond the control of the WWSD. All promotional and advertising materials shall remain in the possession of the WWSD.
  
• The WWSD reserve the right, at any time, to remove all advertising or promotional materials as a result of nonpayment and further reserve the right as to the final approval of all promotional or advertising material or content.
  
• Payment is due upon receipt of this Contract unless otherwise specified and a written agreement received.
• Invoices will be emailed for electronic payment and must be paid in full to begin promotion of company as a sponsor.

By virtue of the following submission, the Sponsor and WWSD agree to the considerations listed on this form and admit to the proper authority to grant said considerations.
