Listing is removed from ARMLS, and will show as cancelled. The Exclusive Right to Sell/Rent terms will still be in effect. Property will be marketed off-MLS until directed by Seller to re-enter it into ARMLS. Seller understands that marketing may be limited to comply with NAR’s Clear Cooperation rules until the property is listed on the MLS. List date in MLS to be reflective as the date the listing becomes active or coming soon in MLS.
In order to reset Days on Market in ARMLS the property must be off market for 45 days. The listing will be removed from ARMLS and will show as cancelled. The Exclusive Right to Sell/Rent terms will still be in effect. Property will be marketed off-MLS until directed by Seller to re-enter it into ARMLS on or after the 46th day off market. Seller understands that marketing may be limited to comply with NAR’s Clear Cooperation rules until the property is listed on the MLS.
