  • Sponsorship Program Details

  • Below are some of the criteria we look for in the sponsorship programs.

    Tournaments:

    • Minimum of 75 registered players
    • Four weeks in advance for processing/shipping

    Charity Events (our focus is on but not limited to):

    • Youth Programs
    • 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations
    • Fire Stations and First Responders
    • Notable/ Verifiable charity organizations without a 501c3
  • If you are applying to be a sponsored facility, we highly recommend completing the facility sponsorship application on its own before submitting for other sponsorships. 

  • Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

  • This page consists of terms and conditions pertinent to each of the previously selected sponsorship packages for which you are applying.

    If you do not wish to agree to one or more of the conditions, please hit the "Back" button and unselect the appropriate sponsorship.

  • The terms & conditions for Facility Sponsorship will be sent to you via email and will require a signature agreement.

  • Tournament/Event Terms & Conditions

    Selkirk Promotional Expectations you are willing to commit to:

    1. Hang all banners included in the package at the event.
    2. Must use “Powered by Selkirk Pro S1” Badge on public/website tournament registration page.
    3. Use the Selkirk Logo in any media where sponsorships are presented.
    4. Must include Selkirk as a premium sponsor on the website and all tournament communications where sponsors are mentioned.
    5. Must select the Selkirk Pro S1 Ball as the official ball of the tournament.
    6. Provide the ability to send a marketing email before the tournament to all participants which offers the opportunity to purchase the Selkirk Pro S1 ball.
    7. Announce Selkirk Promotional messages on the Public Announcement system.
  • League Terms & Conditions  

    Selkirk Promotional Expectations you are willing to commit to:

    1. League play must be open to the public and be publicly announced.
    2. League seasons must be established by the facility and open to all members and the public.
    3. Total League participation must be greater than 50 unique individual players.
    4. Balls may not be donated or sold - balls may only be used in league play as requested.
    5. Sponsored League balls do not qualify for Pro S1 Retail Customer warranty coverage.
    6. League is limited to two sponsorship orders per year (1 every 6 months).
    7. Customer agrees to send Selkirk Promotional email to league participants before each season.
    8. Customer will provide Selkirk with a summary each season of the number of players participating.
    9. Customer will add “Powered by Selkirk Pro S1” Image on its website where league play is signed up/managed.
    10. Customer will include the "Powered by Selkirk Pro S1" image on all email communication, printed flyers, or announcements where leagues are promoted.
    11. Customer will include Selkirk as a premium sponsor on its website where partners are listed.
    12. Customer will hang provided Selkirk banners during league play.
  • Clinics Terms & Conditions 

    Selkirk Promotional Expectations you are willing to commit to:

    1. Hang the Pro S1 banner included in the package at your clinics.
    2. Must use the “Powered by Selkirk Pro S1” badge on your marketing materials.
    3. Must use Selkirk products while conducting your clinics.
    4. Must utilize our Proof of Clinic Submission form to assist us in tracking the number of clinics you've conducted for our rewards program.
    5. Conduct at least 3 clinics within 6 months
  • Clubs Terms & Conditions 

    Selkirk Promotional Expectations you are willing to commit to:

    1. Select a Selkirk ball as the clubs official ball of choice.
    2. Hang banners provided by Selkirk at club courts.
    3. Utilize Selkirk-branded court number cards on all courts.
    4. Display the “Powered by Selkirk Pro S1” badge on the customer's website.
    5. Include the Selkirk logo as a premium sponsor on the customer’s website.
    6. Feature Selkirk prominently in any related social media posts.
    7. Provide the ability to send Selkirk marketing emails to club members no more than once per quarter. 
    8. The Sponsored Club agrees to allow Selkirk to connect them with a local advocate, if available, to host a Selkirk-exclusive Demo Day four times per year.
  • Charity events do not have any terms or conditions for sponsorship.

  • The primary information you fill out below will automatically apply to your Facility Sponsorship application

  • *Please ensure all events are at least four weeks out to allow time for processing products and shipping. Also, the tournament must be publicly announced and available to the general public, UNLESS you are a Sponsored Facility*

  • **The shipping address cannot be a PO box. It must be a physical address.**

     

    Selkirk Sport does not cover any customs dutues or import fees for products being shipped outside of the United States.

  • PlayPickleball.com is a website aimed at assisting pickleball players by providing rules, learning resources, instructors, and information for finding places to play.

  • Tournament/Event Information

  • Please ensure all events are at least four weeks out to allow time for processing products and shipping. Also, the tournament must be publicly announced and available to the general public, UNLESS your tournament is intended for your club membership, and 75 or more members will be participating.

  • We are able to sponsor up to four events per organization per year. If you do not have all your tournament information confirmed, you can apply for them on this form at a later date. 

  • PlayPickleball.com is a website aimed at assisting pickleball players by providing rules, learning resources, instructors, and information for finding places to play.

  • Charity Event Information

  • At Selkirk, we believe in the importance of giving back to the community, and supporting charitable events is a key priority for us. Currently, our charitable donation focus areas include:

    - Youth Programs: Initiatives that support youth engagement and development, such as sports events, educational programs, and other activities that positively impact young people.
    - 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organizations: Registered nonprofit organizations with a focus on community improvement, wellness, and other charitable causes.
    - Fire Stations and First Responders: Programs that support our local heroes, including fire departments and first responder organizations dedicated to community safety and well-being.


    While we are unable to provide donations outside these focus areas, this does not diminish the value of other causes. We appreciate all efforts made towards building stronger communities and wish you success with your event.
