The next step in your hyrox fitness journey begins now. Welcome to our second annual Hyrox for Lighthouse event. What is Lighthouse? Lighthouse is where we serve families dealing with childhood cancer. For one week, we cook and clean and entertain and serve these families. For one week, we give these families a week of no appointments, no doctor visits, no worries. For one week, we allow these families to reconnect. For one week, we allows these kids the chance to just be kids. We allow the parents some quality time to be husband and wife for a night. “When you have a kid that’s going through cancer, you are in the fight or flight constantly.
