For members who sign up for the CareConnect program, the emergency contact information you provide will be used strictly under the following circumstances:

- If you are unable to communicate due to hospitalization.
- If you are detained by law enforcement.
- In the unfortunate event of your passing.
- If you have been reported as missing.

Member-Requested Contact: The only exception to the above is if you, as a member, specifically request that we contact your emergency contact on your behalf for some other reason.
