Welcome to MxG Apparel LLC! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MxG Apparel LLCs services and products.

• Important Sizing Notice

  Before placing your order, please carefully refer to our sizing chart to ensure you select the correct size. Sizing can vary between brands and styles, so we strongly encourage you to review the measurements provided.

  Please note: If a customer fails to check the sizing chart and receives a garment that does not fit as expected, our company will not be held liable for remaking the item. Any remakes due to incorrect size selection will be at the customer’s expense.

  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the best fit for your order! If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

  Product Availability: We do not carry size 1XL in any of our garments. Please refer to our size chart for available sizes.

• By placing an order with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MxG Apparel LLC if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
• Order Turnaround Time: Our turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the date the deposit is received. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on the specifics of your order.
• Shipping and Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is completed and the remaining balance is paid. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information for your order.
• Indemnification: You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent MxG Apparel LLC from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
• Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
• Variation of Terms: MxG Apparel LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
• Assignment: MxG Apparel LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MxG Apparel LLC and you in relation to your purchase of products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for the resolution of any disputes.
