Students receive 30 hrs. classroom training and six hours of behind the wheel. Payment plan $225 by day one of class and $225 by day ten of class. Optional payment plan: $330.00 classroom by the 1st day of class. Classroom refund policy – no refund for classroom after day one of class. Students receive three 2-hour behind the wheel drives (BTW) for $120 due when scheduling the first drive. Behind the Wheel Refund Policy: cancellation after drives start will be prorated at $40 for each remaining drive (s). This contract is valid for 12 months from the student obtaining their instruction permit. Once the contract expires there is no refund for behind the wheel. BTW is not guaranteed to all students.
Class Conduct:

Missed classes can be made up at the next class session offered. Students must complete 30 hours of classroom training to receive the Blue Completion Card (required to take the permit test).

Only the student and instructor will be in the vehicle. Driver education vehicles are equipped with audio and visual dash cameras.Students can start driving with their supervising driver after passing the Knowledge Test to obtain an instructional permit,Behind the wheel drives are scheduled online. Contact the office if you have any questions.Drives will be cancelled when there are poor road conditionsA reminder text will be sent prior to all drives subject to legible/working numbers. Please respond back to text messages to confirm.Students are responsible for the drives they schedule whether a reminder text is sent or not. No show/late fee $25.Drives are cancelled and a $25 fee charged if the student arrives without their permit or corrective lenses (if required).If you will be 10 or more minutes late, text the instructor 612-408-8095 to avoid cancellation and a $25 no show fee.A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a $25 late cancel fee. If sick, cancellation is required by 6 am the day of the drive.Students will receive a White Completion Card after finishing BTW 3, it must be presented at the license center to take the Road Test.The Supervising Driver Log must be filled out correctly, times totaled and turned in at the License Exam Center to take the Road Test.
