    Thank you for your interest in becoming a Shopping Vendor for the Crusin' for a Cause Car Show and Street Fair!

    All applications will go through an approval process and you will be notified by email of our decision.

    We appreciate and value you, and your time! This car show helps Moab House continue to provide safe, loving, and productive transitional housing for former foster youth right here in the Mahoning Valley.

  • UPDATES FOR 2025 SEASON:

    The 5th Annual Crusin' for a Cause Car Show will again be at Struthers High School located at 111 Euclid Blvd., Struthers Ohio 44471 on Saturday July 19th. This show will run from 10am-2pm, setup begins at 8AM and ends at 9:30AM.

    COST: FREE with $25 value basket for the Basket Raffle!

    All Vendors Must Read the Following Before Signing Up:

     

    🔹 Vendor Fee & Basket Donation

    •All vendors are required to submit a $25 refundable deposit to reserve their spot.
    •Want your spot FREE? Donate a basket (or item of $25+ value) to our raffle by July 1st, and your deposit will be waived!

    •Baskets must be delivered to:

    🔹 Refund Policy

    •Deposits will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the event, less Stripe processing fee.
    •No-shows or vendors who do not submit a basket by the deadline will not receive a refund.
    •No refunds for any other reason.

    •Event is RAIN or SHINE


    🔹 Vendor Setup & Event Timeline

    •Spots are first come, first served. Each vendor will select their spot on event day.
    •Each space is 10’ x 10’ – bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and display needs.
    •Setup: 8AM–9:30AM | Show: 10AM–2PM | Tear Down: 2PM–3PM
    •No electricity or water hookups available. Bring water – it gets hot!

     

    🔹 Vendor Eligibility

    •Approved shopping vendors and nonprofit organizations only.
    •Nonprofits may distribute information, but cannot collect donations.
    •No vendor may collect donations for Moab House or any other organization.

     

    ✅ Please note: You will be contacted via email to confirm whether your application has been approved. Submitting the form does not guarantee acceptance.
