EMT/AEMT Course (Fall 2025-Spring 2026)
Thank you for providing a recommendation on behalf of the applicant below to the Emory EMS Education Program's upcoming Combined EMT/Advanced EMT (AEMT) Course. This course is a two-semester program designed for individuals new to EMS, guiding them to become highly competent AEMTs. Through lectures, hands-on training, and clinical rotations, students develop the skills needed to assess patients, administer emergency medications, perform resuscitation, and manage a wide range of out-of-hospital emergencies.

Reccomendation Submission Deadlines(s):
- General Admission Cycle: March 31, 2025, by 11:59 PM ET
- Incoming Freshmen/Transfer Students Only: August 29, 2025, by 11:59 PM ET
Instructions:
- Letters of Recommendation should be saved as a PDF, written on official letterhead, and include a date, address, author's name, and signature.
- Letter writers should be familiar with the applicant’s legal first name and last name as used on the application to ensure that letters of recommendation are matched to the appropriate corresponding application. This is especially important for applicants with legal and preferred first names that differ substantially (e.g., Xipeng “Kevin” Chen).
