In the case of the dog having to be registered in joint ownership, or the previous owner retaining ownership in the dog, please complete the table below with additional owners' details.Please note that the primary owner will be responsible for the dog and will receive any communications in regard to said dog from the Federation.

Transfer of Ownership
1. This document serves as proof of ownership until such time that a breeder forwards the signed pedigree.
2. Transfer of ownership must be completed and signed by the breeder upon handover of the dog.
3. The Primary New owner will serve as the person responsible for the dog, and the addressee in case of contact from the GSDF.
4. Note: Unilateral Cryptochirid = one, Bilateral Cryptochirid = no, Entire = both testicles have descended in the scrotum.
5. Full regulations with regard to transfer of ownership can be found in the Breed Ordinance, Section 6.
