Programme Fee & Insurance / Takaful Contribution
The STEAM Learning Expedition 2026 programme fee is RM299 per student.

For safety and administrative purposes, all registered students will be covered under basic group personal accident / takaful coverage arranged for the programme.

A compulsory insurance / takaful contribution of RM10 per student applies.

Total payable: RM309 per student.

Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within 3 working days of registration confirmation. As participation is limited to 50 students only, registrations without payment may be released to students on the waiting list after the payment deadline.

Cancelof
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund will be provided if the programme is cancelled by the organiser.
- Requests for cancellation received before 10 July 2026 may be considered for a partial refund, subject to committed programme costs.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 10 July 2026, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the school.

Photography & Media Consent
I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the programme for school documentation, parent updates, newsletters, school publications, website, social media and promotional materials. If I do not consent, Sri Bintang Education will make reasonable efforts not to use identifiable close-up images or videos of my child for public communication or promotional purposes. However, I understand that my child may still appear incidentally in group photos, crowd scenes, background images, or general activity footage taken during the programme. In such cases, Sri Bintang Education will take reasonable care not to identify my child by full name or feature my child as the main subject without further consent.
Medical Treatment & Emergency Consent
I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction or special requirement relating to my child. In the event of illness, injury or emergency during the STEAM Learning Expedition 2026, I authorise Sri Bintang Education and its appointed representatives to provide basic first aid and/or arrange medical treatment where reasonably necessary. The organisers will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent/guardian as soon as possible. I understand that any medical, treatment, transport or related costs not covered by insurance/takaful shall remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
