Acceptance
I/We hereby request and authorize my/our bank, on behalf of INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD to draw against my/our account with the abovementioned bank as mentioned in ‘Step 3’ or any other bank or branch I/we may have or to which I/we may transfer my/our account the monthly Mauritian Rupee sum premium as selected in ‘Step 2’ or any variable amount pertaining to this agreement. This being the amount necessary for the settlement of the monthly amount due to INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD in respect of my/our purchases/contract/agreement. All such withdrawals from my/our account by my/our bank, on behalf of INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD shall be treated as though they had been signed by me/us personally.
I/We the undersigned instruct and authorize my/our bank, or the entity INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD will use for standing debit order collections, to draw against my/our bank account. I/We understand that if bank details have been supplied the withdrawals authorized here will be processed by my/our bank. I/We also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my/our bank statement.
I/We agree to pay any banking charges relating to this standing debit order instruction to my/our bank.
I/We acknowledge that my/our bank account will be debited with appropriate charges as per the Bank's tariff guide.
I/We undertake to maintain adequate available balance in the account on due dates failing which my/our bank account shall be debited with appropriate charges as per the Bank's tariff guide for non-execution.
I/We understand that the standing debit order instruction will be cancelled by the Bank without prior notice in case of 3 consecutive non-executions and the appropriate cancellation fee will be debited from my/our account upon availability of funds as per the Bank’s tariff guide. Copy of tariff guide is available at any of my Bank’s outlets or my Bank’s website.
The Bank may effect standing debit orders based on instructions provided by the account holder. The account holder shall guarantee that sufficient funds are available on the account to process such instructions on the scheduled payment date. In case of several standing debit orders on the same scheduled payment dates, the Bank shall have the right to decide on the order in which they shall be executed.
I/We the Client shall indemnify and hold the Bank harmless from any and all losses, which is direct or indirect result of the Bank carrying out or attempting to carry out any transaction or service requested by me/us the Client.
The Bank shall not be held liable for failure to process standing debit order instructions due to lack of funds or whatsoever reason. The Bank may cancel such instructions at any time at its sole discretion.
This authority may be cancelled by means of giving INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD 30 (thirty) days’ notice in writing which will be supported by an official bank confirmation letter submitted seven days before the next debit orders. I/We understand that I/we shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts, which my bank, on behalf of INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD has withdrawn whilst this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owed to INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD. I/We acknowledge that the party hereby authorized to affect the drawing(s) against my account may not cede or assign any of its rights and that I may not delegate any of my/our obligations in terms of this contract/authority to any third party without prior written consent of INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD Management. I/We confirm that all information supplied by me/us is true and correct and herewith accept INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD’s Standard Instruction Authority Golden Mile Plan (IG247 SIGMP) Terms & Conditions (IG247 SIGMP T&C) which I/we have read, understood and which has been explained to me/us. I/We am/are aware that as defined in the IG247 SIGMP T&C's document and following the clause references:
2.1 INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD (PTY) LTD is the party with whom I/we am/are contracting;
2.2 I/We am/are the client referred to therein;
2.3 This is the application form referred to;
2.4 The products are medallions/bars or portions thereof as chosen by me/us from the GMP product schedule as defined in the GMP Terms and Conditions explained to me/us (available on www.investgold247.mu);
2.5 A broker or sales consultant/representative will be assigned as my/our consultant with whom I/we have been dealing;
2.6 The option entitles me/us to choose medallions/bars or portions thereof when I/we have paid sufficient funds in my account to INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD in terms of the agreement entitling me/us to do so;
2.7 I/we am/are liable to pay any admin charges as defined;
2.8 The contract term has been agreed at 3 (three) years;
5.2 INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD may forward at my/our request (a) a copy of the INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD Standard Instruction Authority Golden Mile Plan Terms & Conditions (IG247 SIGMP T&C) and (b) a Golden Mile Plan Certificate reflecting the contract. I/We, the Client, may terminate the contract by submitting a written cancellation within 14 days after the first successful monthly payment via standing debit order.
By making this application I/we acknowledge that in all my/our business dealings with INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD the Terms and Conditions reflected in the INVESTGOLD (MAURITIUS) 247 LTD Standard Instruction Authority Golden Mile Plan Terms and Conditions (IG247 SIGMP T&C) will apply to and bind me/us and be adhered to by me/us.
