Please ensure that all items you submit meet the following condition guidelines:
- Gear: Must be in full working condition with no broken parts.
- Clothing: Must have functional snaps, buttons, and zippers. Clothing should be free of rips, stains, tears, holes, pet hair, strong odors, mildew, and other damage.
- Footwear: Should be clean and free of mud and debris. All laces, insoles, and other components must be included and in good condition.
  By following these guidelines, you help us maintain the quality of our items and increase the chances of a successful sale.
Commission Agreement:
- I agree to the standard commission rate of 25% on the final sale price (commission rate of 20% for all Gear For Adventure customers with valid proof of purchase).
- I agree to send only items that Jereko Gear LLC has approved. I understand that any unapproved items will be immediately donated without further notice.
- I agree to adhere to Jereko Gear LLC's pricing policy outlined below and accept the final sale proceeds of my items as determined by this policy.
Pricing Policy:

The selling price of consigned items is set by the individual submitting the item for consignment. However, Jereko Gear LLC implements a discount schedule for all clothing, footwear, and accessories to encourage sales over time. The discount schedule is as follows:
- 0% discount during the first 60 days the item is available for purchase.
- 10% discount after 90 days.
- 25% discount after 120 days.
- 50% discount after 150 days.
After the fifth month, Jereko Gear LLC reserves the right to reduce further prices for special sales or promotions to help sell the items. Please note that these discounts are automatically applied and are based on the date on which the item has been available for sale.

Payment:

After the sale of an item, Jereko Gear will contact the owner using the email address and phone number provided, once when the item has sold, and finally after 7 days. To claim the proceeds from the sale, the owner must respond to the email or phone call within 14 days of the notification. If the owner fails to respond within this period, they will forfeit the sale amount.
