Policy
Families who wish to withdraw enrollment from the program must submit the withdrawal request form to the Aquatic Manager two weeks prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month’s class fee. Withdrawals after the two-week window will be billed for the next month’s class fee. Exceptions will be made for medical reasons and subject to administrative fees.
