    Written

    There are no restrictions on the length of written submission. If you are looking for a recommendation, we generally recommend keeping written submissions under 750 words.

    Video & Audio

    There are no restrictions on the length of video and audio clips. If you are looking for a recommendation, we generally recommend video and audio clips to be between 2 - 10 minutes.

  • Contact & Honorarium Information (Never Too Late (NTL) records only)

  • The undersigned consents to allow Never Too Late (NTL) to:
    • Use my name or pseudonym, as indicated, or identify my contribution as 'anonymous'.
    • Use my contributions, including images, audio/video recordings, presentations, and/or written material that may appear in any media form. Media forms may include but are not limited to photographs, posters, the internet (as further outlined below), videos, newsletters, community updates, programs, or other literature. I or my agents have provided contributions to Never Too Late (NTL) without any expectation of compensation to me or my agents.
    • Never Too Late (NTL) has the right to use the content provided and photographs of the content without limitation on the Never Too Late (NTL) website and all other media devices and platforms without expectation of compensation to me or my agents (within the public sharing parameters determined in this form).
    • Use the contact information provided to contact me regarding my participation and contribution.
  • Never Too Late (NTL) acknowledges and respects that your consent to your information and contribution can change. It is important to us that you feel good about participating, including sharing your content and the information you choose to share. You can withdraw your consent at any time or modify the information you are sharing. Here are some key stages/factors to consider when evaluating your consent:
    • After recording, writing, creating content, and prior to publishing content. You can withdraw your consent during this time to fully retract all of your information. Your information and content will not be distributed. If you sent Never Too Late (NTL) drafts of your content previously, drafts will also not be distributed. 
    • After publishing your content and information you consented to share. We are able to easily re-publish information and modify the information and content that is shared on media forms. However, once information is published online, it may have been saved locally or shared in a way that the original content prior to you consent changes may still be available; this includes information you have asked us to remove or change. Never Too Late (NTL) will do its best to remove all of the information you would like to be removed to the best of its ability.
    • Changing your consent may include: revoking all content and information shared with Never Too Late (NTL), changing the name, or pseudonym associated with your content, and/or excluding pieces of the content or information shared.

    Tax Information: Please note that no deductions were made to the honorarium amount. Never Too Late (NTL) is not responsible for any taxes, deductions, remittances, and statutory withholdings that may be associated with the payment of this honorarium. Recipient(s) of honorariums from Never Too Late (NTL) are responsible for the payment of income taxes, HST, and deductions, if appropriate.
