Choose Services - OFA Radiograph (X-Ray) services provided by Bristol Veterinary Clinic (Kate Player, DVM & Marji Bundy, DVM) - X-Rays will not be discussed with owner. Owner will be allowed to assist with positioning if better for the dog. Sedation is neither required nor discouraged; Requests for sedation at time of registration are easily accommodated. Dogs who do not allow proper positioning without sedation will be given an opportunity for radiographs with owner present and absent, if proper positioning cannot be attained in a reasonable amount of time, sedation will be required. If sedation is declined, the owner is financially responsible for the appointment fee regardless of whether diagnostic images can be successfully obtained.

At time of appointment confirmation, balance is due in full for Eye and Cardiac services. A 50% deposit will be required for radiographic services.

Deposit payment information will be requested at the time of appointment confirmation.

Cancellations made before Saturday, May 31st (7 days before health clinic) are entitled to a full refund of deposits paid.

Cancellations made Saturday, May 31st or later (within 7 days of the health clinic) will result in a full refund of deposits paid ONLY IF appointment times can be filled.
