However, having an accurate count of these conference items enables us to minimize waste both environmentally and financially. We appreciate your consideration of these conference itinerary items.

  • Food Accommodations

Please let us know of your meal preferences and food allergies here. We strive to select food options to accommodate such needs and will do our best to provide you with suitable meals. We apologize in advance, but MOBTS cannot cater toward more specific diets such as Kosher, Keto, etc. We will do our best to accommodate those that select Vegetarian and Vegan; however, please be aware that your selections will not be as plentiful as standard offerings.

    DOUBLE ROOMS

As is becoming more customary with University housing, and as MOBTS has experienced in recent years, there is no cost-benefit to MOBTS or the attendees for doubles. Universities are now charging per person, not per room, thus whether desiring a single or double room, the registration price is the same. If you desire to sleep in a double room with someone, please leave such a note in the Suitemates text box below. Note that the preferred individual must also request you to be placed in a double room together.

    REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be provided if notice is provided to Brandon Charpied (brandon@mobts.org) prior to 30 days from the start of the pre-conference (Monday of conference week). No refund can be provided at 30 days onward due to all conference expenses already having been incurred by the conference and Society. The deadline for refunds is Monday, May 12th.

In addition, you can purchase registration for either of our Pre-Conference Workshops - the Doctoral Institute and the Early Educator Institute. These two programs require arrival by 3pm on Monday, June 5th for an opening ice breaker session. That is followed by a meet-and-greet reception with the MOBTS Board of Directors, and then an off-site dinner with your fellow workshop attendees. Housing accommodations are included, as are breakfast, lunch, and breaks the following day. The workshops themselves take place all day Tuesday up until the opening BBQ at 5:00pm. Please only register for the pre-conference if you have not received a scholarship and wish to purchase a seat in the workshop. Purchase of a pre-conference workshop must accompany a conference registration. Individuals cannot attend the pre-conference workshops without attending the general conference.

  • Conference Registration Selection & Payment

All attendees must select a conference registration option to register for the conference. Those that have been awarded scholarships may input their scholarship codes below prior to payment.
  • ***YOU MUST SELECT/CHECK WHICH REGISTRATION TYPE YOU REQUIRE!***

Failure to select a registration option will lead to a deletion of the registration form and run the risk of not having a room or confirmed registration upon arriving on campus.
