3. AIRLINE TICKETING: For the May 2026 Experience Israel Tour, Aliyah is partnering with an outside airline ticketing agency. This agent is available to assist with both domestic and international flights for the tour. I am aware that airfare will be paid at the time of ticketing to a separate ticketing agent and that airfare prices are subject to change based on current fares and point of origin. Airline arrangements are refunded separately and are not the responsibility of Aliyah Tours. Airline penalties for ticketing changes or cancellations are assigned by the airlines and not Aliyah Tours.*

6. EXCLUSIONS: I am aware that these items are not included in my tour price: flights (payable to a separate ticketing agent), airport taxis and transfers outside of group transfers, optional excursions, charges for passports, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and internet charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature and any items not specifically listed as included.*

7. HEALTH AND MOBILITY CONCERNS: I am aware that tours in Israel include areas that have uneven footing, few handrails, rocky pathways, and some steep climbs. The streets and sites we will visit are not wheelchair and walker friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Guests cannot be left alone or on the bus should they choose to opt out.*

8. CANCELLATION POLICY: I am aware of the cancellation policy and fee schedule as follows: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to tours@aliyahfoundation.org or mailed to: Aliyah Tours, P.O. Box 74111, Richmond VA 23236. The $500 Deposit is non-refundable. Up to 4 months prior to departure date, the cancellation fee includes the initial deposit plus 50% of other amounts paid. Up to 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee includes the initial deposit plus 75% of other amounts paid. Within 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid. I am aware that if the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents in Israel (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances), then the full tour price will be refunded less the initial deposit of $500. Additionally, if a tour is canceled, an alternative travel date may be offered. I understand that I will not lose my deposit if I accept the alternate travel dates. Cancelled airline tickets are refunded separately and are not the responsibility of Aliyah Tours.*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I am aware of the following disclaimer and I agree to the terms outlined: DISCLAIMER: Aliyah Tours (Aliyah), and/or its agents and their representatives abroad, Pastor Bob Moseley, Bob Moseley Ministries, Hopewell Methodist Church, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees act only as agents for the tour participants in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. They will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, they do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person or property because of any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules, or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour participants. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or injury due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, hostile acts, terrorism, weather, acts of God, or any other cause beyond their personal control. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees are not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage, accidents en route, or ill health which may require travelers to miss parts of the tour or to return home without the group. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not on board its own conveyance. The tour programs are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond control require changes, all parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees, reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements of the itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Aliyah Tours operators.
