VOLUNTEER DATES

All concert volunteer shifts are from 5:30PM - 9:30PM. There is an optional 30-minute shift from 9:30PM - 10PM for those able to assist with breakdown.

We welcome and encourage you to volunteer at more than one concert! Those who volunteer at 2+ concerts this spring will receive a free pass to one member event or workshop of their choice.

ASSIGNMENT

Most volunteer duties require standing and walking. Please check the box below if you require a seated volunteer position, so that we can assign you accordingly. Note that there are a limited number of seated positions available.

Immediately following each concert, we take an "all hands on deck" approach when it comes to breakdown. All staff and volunteers who are physically able are asked to help stack chairs, pick up trash, and assist with other hands-on clean up tasks.

REQUIRED TRAINING

Callanwolde is now including a volunteer training session & walkthrough at the top of each volunteer shift. All volunteers are required to attend, regardless of wether or not you have volunteered here before.
I understand that my volunteer shift will begin at 5:30PM with a mandatory training session. Volunteers who miss this training session may not be able to participate in their assigned tasks.*
