DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: I understand the credit card provided will be charged a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for $2,500 per person. Your balance due on 01 JUL 2025 by check or bank transfer.  BTC does not provide a breakdown of individual services included in your group travel. 

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Because of the nature of your group travel, rebooking is not available. All payments are non-refundable. 

AIR TRANSPORTATION: Your airline ticket constitutes a contract between each passenger and the airlines, whether purchased on your own, through BTC or one of our consolidators/agents or not. BTC is not liable for, and does not assume responsibility or accept claims with regard to seat assignments, name changes, schedule changes, flight changes and/or cancellations, delays, or related expenses.  All airline and/or consolidator change/cancellation fees will apply. 

GROUP ATTRITION: BTC reserves the right to cancel the trip and refund deposits should a minimum number of participants not be reached by 15 APR 2025.

Sometimes the unexpected does occur, and BTC strongly advises you to purchase trip insurance (aka travel protection) to cover medical emergencies, and financial loss in the event you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason. We will be happy to consult with you to get the best coverage.

Because of the nature of your group trip, all payments are non-refundable.
