The RANGE Horizons Workforce Initiative

The Workforce Horizons program addresses the Texas Panhandle’s skills gap by preparing individuals for careers in manufacturing and skilled trades, focusing on sectors related to food production and technical industries. This six-week, job readiness, pilot program ensures participants are hireable and aligned with industry needs.
