The Workforce Horizons Career Navigator addresses the Texas Panhandle’s skills gap by preparing individuals for careers in manufacturing and skilled trades, focusing on sectors related to food production and technical industries.

This six-week, job readiness, program called The Roundup ensures participants are hireable and aligned with industry needs.
