The Coverage:

Copyright

The photographer retains the entire copyright at all times for the photographs taken during the specified session.  Where a digital file of photographs will be provided to the CLIENT as a part of their personal collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed at home and on-line, for personal but NOT commercial use.  Specific written consent from KrysE Photography is required to use photos for commercial purposes.

The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs obtained under this agreement in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the purpose of advertising or otherwise and maintains ownership of the original digital file.

Image Size, Color, Style and Composition

All image sizes are 2x3 / 4x6.  The photographer will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee an exact color match to the environment the photograph is taken in.  It is sometimes not possible to record in print the exact color as seen by the human eye.  There is no right to reject photographs on the basis of style or composition.

**note: It is assumed that the CLIENT has seen previous work done by the photographer either by word-of-mouth, personal research, an ad, or any other means and has chosen the photographer because of style and personality. The photographer will edit all photos at photographer's discretion.

Capture and Delivery

KrysE Photography is not required to deliver every image taken at the event.  The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of KrysE Photography.

KrysE Photography provides ALL edited images (a minimum of 15 images).

KrysE Photography will deliver the final gallery to the CLIENT within 2 business weeks.

The final online gallery will be available online for 30 days. You may contact KrysE Photography directly if you need them after 30 days.

POST PRODUCTION AND EDITING: The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of KrysE photography.

You will recieve an online gallery link and a download pin. The download pin is your printing rights. I will only give the download pin the the email address provided. You may share the download pin with anyone you choose. I will also share more detailed instructions and information with the gallery.

*NOTE: Galleries are delivered via Pixieset.com ONLY. KrysE Photography will not deliver your images to you another way (i.e., NO Google, NO flash drives, NO cd roms, etc.). Pixieset.com works best with a computer. I understand that not everyone owns a computer and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Model Release

 The CLIENT hereby assigns KrysE Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT (and/or the CLIENT'S minor children) or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction.
The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.

**note: KrysE Photography often photographs personal moments and will avoid offensive and disrespectful posts inconsiderate to the CLIENT.

"I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your vision, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I hope that you will love them and want to share them. I ask that you reference who took the photos but most importantly, DO NOT edit over them.  I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, but the time, money, and dedication that I have put into training, equipment, and tools to capture these images for you."
