Policies & Waiver

1. Dogs must be current on vaccines, and flea/tick prevention. We have the right to refuse service to any dog(s) that have live fleas or ticks for the saftey of our customers. Should this be noticed after services have began, we will stop and do a treatment immedietly and additional services for removal and disinfection will be charged accordingly.

2. Puppies are not accepted until they have recieved their last set of vaccines at 16 weeks of age. We will happily pre-schedule their appointment for after they are of age.

3. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and for a cancelltion or no-show the fee will be 1/2 of the cost of the service booked. Please be aware that if you have not arrived 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

4. Please be aware that boarding fees are subject to apply should your dog be left over an hour after confirmation that they are ready to be picked up, unless otherwise discussed.

5. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents, illnesses or other events that are beyond our control, but can assure you that every possible measure will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog at all times.
