On May 8, at 9:30 a.m., we take a bus trip to Beaufort, SC to visit the Penn Center, one of South Carolina's most fascinating historical landmarks. We will learn about the Center's role in the lives of thousands of people, including the Gullah/Geechee people of the area. This will be followed by a Dutch-treat lunch in Beaufort.
