Checklist:

*Provide information that supports you are eligible for this scholarship because you are either an Evergreen Co-op Member and/or immediate family member OR that you have graduated from high school within one year of graduation.

*Submit a minimum of two current letters of reference, of which one must be a community reference and one related to your work.

*Include a paragraph or two on how Evergreen Co-op builds community and how is the ownership of Evergreen Co-op unique.

*Attach a letter that explains if you have any Cooperative experience.

*Attach any documentation that tells us about any Community Involvement that you have been part of. (volunteer work, groups ect...)

*Attach supporting documentation that identifies important milestones in your work experience.

*Provide information about your program of study, including proof of acceptance and enrollment into the program which the scholarship is being applied for?

Applicants will not be contacted for incomplete submissions. You can review the scholarship program information & pamphlet on-line at www.evergreenco-op.crs.

Please note that this online application and documentation must be submitted on/or before May 31st of the year in which the applicant is applying.
