Completing this application does not ensure a spot. We work hard to make sure our Bazaar does not have duplicate items so all applications are reviewed before approved.

Thank you for choosing our Bazaar! We are trying something new this year, instead of selling spaces like 8x6 or 10x10 we are selling tables. Please select how many tables your display takes to ensure you have what you need. This is an indoor event.

Terms and Conditions

It is agreed and understood by all participants that they are responsible for their own spaces and merchandise at all times before, during and after the event. It is also understood that Opportunity Center of Orting Inc dba The Haven will assume no responsibility or liabiliy for fire, theft, personal injury or property damage to your person, volunteers, or staff and property. Seller agrees to be ready for the public by 9:00am and will remain set up until the close of the Bazaar at 4:00pm. If you decide to breakdown early you may be ineligible to return to this event. It is also understood that the Seller's application fee is NOT REFUNDABLE as The Haven is responsible to fill all the spots for this event and cancelling would cause hardship in filling the Seller's space on short notice.
