Dear vendors we are thrilled to announce our Amazing Holiday Brentwood Bliss Market will be returning this year for our 2nd time. We will have opportunities for all to apply. Last year we were fairly selective to ensure everyone had a chance to join.

Brentwood Bliss Holiday 2.0

Welcome to Brentwood Bliss Holiday Market 2025. Our second year of hosting the holiday feels with The Amazing Brentwood. Last year we had spectular feedback from vendors, customers, families and staffing. We are pleased to announce Shape Marketing was beyond thrilled to receive such positive reviews via social media and direct communication. The concierge received overwhelming responses as they visited the market and were greeted at the front desk with positive gestures from numerous visitors.

So why no do it again! Here we are and are pleased to share with you our 2025 application. As you know, the location we were previously situated was indoor in a partition that linked both old and new of the mall. However; as demoliton is under way, The Amazing Brentwood has provided vendors with a new location but mindful it is still within a covered space. 

This year our holiday market will be located on the outside ground floor (transit plaza) beside Maconalds corner of Willington and Lougheed Highway. It will be exposed to both main roads for entrance and visibility for everyone to see. It provides a main stage for entertainment and easy pathway for disabled audiences to join the festivities. The parking and elevator are within steps away from the market.

New Dates Added
Saturday dates have never approved in the past but Amazing Brentwood has kindly provided us with additional dates. Saturdays as you know draw more traffic as most families tend to do most of their shopping on this date. Prices are very different than the set Sunday so please READ through and the requirements are much different. You must choose 1x November date in order to qaulify to get any Saturday date. Meaning to get a Saturday date you must choose two dates. (1x November (sat or sun) + any Saturday Dates)

*New Dates Requirements - These new dates will require the vendor to apply 1x November date + 1x Saturday date to be fair. Non Negotiable.

Limitations
Due to the mall shops we are not able to take any clothing vendors (new or vintage pieces due to mall agreement) Non Negotiable 

Deposit fee of 30% is required upon acceptance for Brentwood Bliss Holiday Market 2.0 This fee will be non refundable. Applicants accepted will receive a deposit and a 10 gap to pay the difference if not applying last moment. Any last moment addition requires full payment.

*Deposit is required within 24 hours of the acceptance email. Failure to complete will result HXH moving to the next candidate.

Cancellation requests must be notified within 14 days before the event date to receive a 90.00 (paid invoice) refund from HXH. Communication must be completed via email, no other forms of communication will be accepted. If a vendor fails to find table coverage, HXH will consider this a forfeit. Tables can not be passed off to other vendors or other small businesses.

Due to the overwhelming applicants and reviewal process, HXH will be only contacting accepted vendors within 4/5 business days. 

If you did not receive an acceptance email during our Holiday Market 2.0 there will be a chance to apply again next year. If you did recieve an approval email please complete the deposit within 24 hours, failure to do so will result in a forfeit. 

Note - aesthetics and branding is very much considered when applying at this location due to the nature of The Amazing Brentwood's holiday branding. Do consider which photo and table layout you will be uploading and setting up at this location. This will be reviewed and looked over to ensure it matches the Holiday Brentwood Bliss Market theme. There is no rental for tables and chairs. All Table cloth must be covering your table on the way to the floor. 

Loading must be done in P3 - For saftey and well being of our audience and mall attendees. Failure to comply will result in 1 warning and second failure will result in removal from Brentwood Bliss 2.0 without refund.
