By submitting this form you agree to the terms and conditions of being a private client with Laurel Jarvis Photo. Images and videos are for personal use only. Please contact Laurel Jarvis at laureljarvisphoto@gmail.com to discuss licensing options. Any company found using images and/or videos without explicit permission will be fined at 3x the regular rate plus a $2000 infringement fee. Laurel Jarvis Photo maintains full rights to images and/or videos taken under hire, and can be used for promotional material of Laurel Jarvis Photo. Payments must be made before the show date and content will be withheld until any unpaid fees are settled. Cancellation by a client requires 48 hours notice before the show day to receive a refund. Any cancellation under the 48 hours will receive 50% of their fee returned. Clients are responsible for notifying Laurel Jarvis Photo of their ring status and order of go. While every effort is made to make sure clients are not missed, sometimes horseshow schedules can change unexpectedly. If for any reason, your coverage is missed (due but not limited to, last minute schedule changes or equipment failure), you will receive a full refund.*
