TX Camp Staff Registration 2025

TX CAMP STAFF
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the TX Camp Staff. Workers must be 21+ years to work Teen Camp and 16+ to work Pre-Teen and Junior Camp. For any 16-17 year old to be eligible to work the Pre-Teen and/or Junior Camps, it is required that you attend the Camp of your age Teen Camp). No 18-20 year old individuals will be permitted to attend Teen Camp!

Due to guidelines issued by the Texas State Health Inspector we must ask that no Camp Worker bring their infant/toddler or non-camping children to Camp with them.

Each applicant will be reviewed and approved by the TX Youth & Discipleship Director. Once background check is cleared and approval has been given, you will be notified by email with your status.

Participations, Release, and Medical Agreement

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against volunteers, Church of God Officials, the Church of God in Texas, and the International Offices, Cleveland, TN, their agents, employees, and participants arising from any damages, property loss, or injury I may sustain at said facilities and hereby accept all responsibilities for medical costs. If my action causes damages to said facilities through willful destruction and.or by accidental means, I may be denied involvement from any activity for safety precautions and/or as penalization for disobediance of rules at the discretion of Officials or volunteers. I accept full financial responsibility for and hereby consent to allow employees, and/or volunteers to obtain emergency medical treatment as needed if I am unable to communicate my wishes at the time of accident or illness.

I further agree to any and all criminal records/background checks which shall be deemed necessary by the Church of God. I will attend the mandatory Pre-Camp Training Session.

Statement of Reservation

While no one is rejected to work or attend Church of God Youth Camp on the basis of gender or race, the Texas State Youth & Discipleship Director does reserve the right to accept or reject any application for volunteer work at Church of God Youth Camps after review of said application reveals that the services of the applicant would not be needed or are not in the best interest and success of the camp.
