    The Soiree Pop Up Series is a dynamic small business market dedicated to spotlighting and supporting local small businesses and organizations in our community.


    This event provides a platform for local entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services, connect with new customers, and build valuable networks. By coming together, we can create economic opportunities, celebrate diversity, and ensure the long-term success of businesses that are vital to our community’s growth.

     
    This event will be held on Multiple dates and different locations to be announced at a later date.  This will  be a free event for attendees to help encourage attendance.

  •  *Vending fee is non refundable unless cancelled by the organizer then full refund immediately.

    *No equipment is provided by host. Must supply own tents, tables and chairs. Tents cannot be any bigger than 10 x 10. 

    *Set up begins at 10 am as the event begins at 12 noon and ends at 5pm.

    *You are responsible for the clean up of your area and disposal of all non traditional trash, there will be trash receptacles for all else.

    *If you will require a power source, or any speical accommodations please notify us.

  • I agree to participate in this event. I understand that my table location is up to the sole discretion of the organizers. the undersigned hereby applies for exhibit space at the Festival and is authorized to complete this contract. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the event and of this contract and all regulations contained in the event venue agreement; copies provided upon request.*
  • The Vendor hereby holds harmless, Swanked Soiree, Danielle Urena, Owner of Venue: (Private venue), Soiree Pop Up Market and its subsidiaries, contractors, vendors and all other parties related to the production of the event. The vendor accepts 100% of liability arising out of any legal action as related to services, products, demonstrations, or services offered by the vendor. Vendor also releases the above mentioned from any legal action or disputes arising out of the vendors participation in the event.*
  • I understand that there is no refund for cancellations unless cancelled by host. The event will operate in inclement weather and refunds will not be refunded due to acts of God. Vendors will receive vendor space at choice of upcoming events only if due to an Act of God. If the event is cancelled by host or for any other reason a full refund will be made to each vendor minus transaction fees.*
  • I hereby Authorize, Swanked Soiree to charge my card for the selected/agreed upon vendor fee from above. This is a one time authorization which finalizes booking/confirms spot.*
