Complete form below to sign up to exhibit at this year's C.A.R.E. conference. Cost to exhibit is $300.00 (This fee does include lunch and snacks for one booth representative--for more than one participant you will need to pay for additional seats, $100/each. This additional fee includes meals, snacks, and CEU credits.)

We anticipate around 125 participants this year--our attendees generally are substance abuse counselors, social workers, peers, supervisors, etc.

Spots are limited and reserved in the order received.

This year's C.A.R.E. Conference will be held in person on September 25-26, 2025 at Sheraton in West Des Moines and will be two full days of learning, networking, and collabtortion.

Format: This year's conference will have mornings together in the main ballroom and then breakouts in the afternoon. Exhibitors will be placed around the ouside of the main room, so you will easily be able to engage with attendees as well as attend the sessions.

A refund of 70% will be allowed for cancellations received at IBC by August 15, 2025 - after this date, no refunds will be given.
