    Workshops

10:30 am-12:30 pm The Womb Awakening Goddess Circle

The Womb Awakening Goddess Circle is a sacred, transformative experience designed to reconnect women with the profound wisdom and healing power of their wombs. This intimate and nurturing space offers a unique opportunity to explore your feminine essence, release deep-seated emotional and energetic blockages, and awaken your innate creative potential. In this class, you will embark on a journey to heal the deep-rooted wounds that many women carry—often unconsciously. These include the Mother Wound, which encompasses the pain and trauma inherited from our maternal lineage, and the Sister Wound, which reflects the competitive and divisive dynamics often present among women due to patriarchal conditioning.
Please note that even if you do not have a physical womb, you are still warmly welcomed in this circle. We all possess a spiritual womb space, a powerful energetic center of creation and intuition, which allows all of us to connect with divine feminine essence.

    11-12 pm & 2-3 pm Sound & Sauna

Sound Healing Sessions IN the sauna! Jennifer Gonzales will guide us through an ethereal space inside the sauna, utilizing a range of bowls and chimes. Sauna will be kept at “lower temps” for deep warmth, but not extreme heat.

VERY limited tickets per session, and only available in the large Homestead Sauna.

1-4 pm Expressing Fire with Care

Anger is a powerful force—when suppressed, it can smolder beneath the surface; when unleashed without care, it can burn bridges. But what if anger could become a guide rather than a weapon? In this experiential Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshop, you’ll learn to welcome your anger as a messenger, uncover the deeper needs beneath it, and express it in a way that fosters greater understanding.

4:30 pm Music with Jason Busniewski

A fiddler and singer who performs and teaches multiethnic old-time music from the Upper Midwest, including plenty of Finnish American tunes that remind him of the saunas of his youth!

    6-7 pm Dinner Break

7-8:30 pm Music with Shri Steep

Shri's voice has been described as activating, unlocking, haunting and holy. She sings the songs of her own healing, and invites others into healing resonance through frequency of sound, source, soul and self. You can find her music on Spotify, although it hardly does her justice as live transmissions offer a resounding vibration.

8:30 - 10 pm Music with DJ Tink - Dance Music Experience

So much more then an ecstatic dance experience. DJ Tink will guide you through a journey designed to meet you right where you are at, with her distinctive blend of house, electronic, and world music create an atmosphere primed for inquiry, somatic processing and play. Come ready to move, groove, and be playful. You can't do it wrong!

  • Reverence for the Sacred Meal with JoAnne Pavin

Friday April 11th 6 pm -- Light Meal Included
  • Image-197
  • About the Workshop:

Join JoAnne Pavin for an enlightening lecture that takes you on a journey back to the heart of The Meal— a place where food nourishes not just the body, but the soul. Modern times and digital distractions have disconnected us from the sacred value of food and eating properly. Over time we have seen its direct ill effects on the health of our society.

JoAnne’s journey was transformed two decades ago while while studying Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine in India, where she learned to view meals as sacred ceremonies filled with life force, or Prana. This experience inspired her to educate others on the importance of consciously slowing down and appreciating the meal as an immersive five sense experience. Her travels, including a transformative experience with Peruvian shamans, deepened her understanding of digestion as a multi-sensory experience. She aims to inspire people to return to the fundamental practices of cooking, growing their own food, and cherishing meal experiences together, reconnecting with the mental, psychological, and spiritual benefits of eating mindfully.

In today's fast-paced world, remembering the sacred ritual of eating can significantly impact our overall
health and connection to food.If we slowdown, breathe, and remember the sacred ritual of eating we nourish ourselves and others more deeply.

    About your Guide:

JoAnne is an integrative wellness consultant and author, passionately dedicated to promoting holistic
health and the joy of life. As the founder of The Meal bookazine and host of The Nourish Me Podcast, she
has spent over 20 years helping individuals and companies enhance their wellness through coaching,
    workshops, and retreats.
