No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment will be provided.ConfidentialityYour privacy is important. Conversations remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).Session ExpectationsSessions are designed as a safe space for you to express yourself. Respectful communication is expected.Cancellations & ReschedulingCancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of a future booking.Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may be treated as a late cancellation unless otherwise approved.Payment & RefundsPayments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. By booking, you confirm your understanding of the service provided.Liability WaiverNever Say When is not responsible for any decisions made based on the session.
