Records that medication has been refused (if applicable)
Records a PRN
Cleans/replaces/disposes of equipment, medication, containers, and PPE appropriately in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety Standards and Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulations
Determines if further supply of medication is required, notify supervisor if more medication is needed
Disposes of refused/discarded medication as per documented process
Stores Webster pack in a safe and secure location according to Policy and Procedure
