◆遊戲軟體分級管理辦法
所有在G-EIGHT展出的作品皆需參考台灣《遊戲軟體分級管理辦法》進行遊戲分級，若是您的展出作品尚未確認遊戲分級級別，請先上「遊戲軟體分級級別評量系統」進行自我審查分級。

◆Taiwan Game Software Rating Regulations
All applicant game titles at G-EIGHT must be rated in accordance with the Taiwan Game Software Rating Regulations. If your applicant game title has not yet obtained an official rating, please complete a self-assessment through the Game Rating Assessment System before submitting your application.

蒐集個人資料告知事項暨個人資料提供同意書
Notification and Consent for the Collection and Use of Personal Data

因應個人資料保護法及個人資料管理規定，「G-EIGHT遊戲展」(以下稱本活動)向您蒐集個人資料之前，依法向您告知下列事項，當您勾選「我同意」，表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本同意書之所有內容：

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Personal Data Management Regulations, "G-EIGHT" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") informs you of the following matters before collecting your personal data. By checking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this consent statement:

1. 蒐集目的及類別Purpose and categories of data collection:
   為提供活動各項通知服務、報名資料確認、寄送本活動訊息及內部管理使用之蒐集目的，而須獲取您下列個人資料類別： 姓名、電話、E-mail 或其他得以直接或間接識別您個人之資料。
   To provide event notifications, confirm registration information, send event-related messages, and for internal management purposes, we need to collect the following categories of personal data: name, phone number, email, or other information that directly or indirectly identifies you.
2. 個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式Duration, region, recipients, and methods of personal data use:
   您的個人資料，除涉及國際業務拓銷外，僅供本活動主辦單位於中華民國領域，於上述蒐集目的之必要合理範圍內加以利用至前述蒐集目的消失時為止。
   Your personal data will only be used within the territory of the Republic of China by the Event organizers for the necessary and reasonable scope related to the aforementioned purposes, unless it involves international business promotion, until the disappearance of the aforementioned purposes.
3. 當事人權利行使Exercise of Data Subject's Rights:
   依據個人資料保護法第3條規定，您可向主辦單位請求查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集/處理/利用或刪除您的個人資料。
   In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request the Event organizers to access, review, obtain copies, supplement or correct, stop collecting/processing/utilizing, or delete your personal data.
4. 不提供個人資料之權益影響Impact of Not Providing Personal 處理/利用/刪除個人資料、服務訊息的取消訂閱，主辦單位將無法為您提供蒐集目的之相關服務。
   If you do not provide or provide incorrect personal data or request to stop collecting/processing/utilizing/deleting personal data or unsubscribe from service messages, the Event organizers will be unable to provide you with the relevant services related to the collection purposes.
5. 各項通知服務、相關訊息之停止寄送，可透過訊息內容提供之取消訂閱連結通知。您可於上班時間聯繫活動承辦人（信箱：business@geight.io）。
   To stop receiving various notification services and related messages, you can use the unsubscribe link provided in the messages. During office hours, you can contact the event coordinator (email: business@geight.io).

個人資料同意提供Consent for Personal Data Provision：

1. 本人確已閱讀並瞭解上述告知事項，並勾選「我同意」授權主辦單位於所列目的之必要合理範圍內，蒐集、處理及利用本人之個人資料。
   I confirm that I have read and understood the above information and by checking "I agree," I authorize the organizers to collect, process, and utilize my personal data within the necessary and reasonable scope for the purposes stated.
2. 本人瞭解此同意書符合個人資料保護法及相關法規之要求，並提供予主辦單位留存及日後查證使用。
   I understand that this consent form complies with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations, and I provide it to the organizers for retention and future verification purposes.
