1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in a lifeguard training class with iGuard LV involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Physical exertion
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Drowning or near-drowning
• Muscle strains or injuries
• Exposure to pool chemicals
• Mental or emotional stress

I voluntarily choose to participate, understanding these risks and assuming full responsibility for my safety and well-being.

2. Medical Clearance

I certify that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in this training.
I have no known medical conditions that would restrict or prevent my involvement. I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept financial responsibility for any related expenses.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless:
iGuard LV, its instructors, agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or liabilities for injury, death, property damage, or loss arising out of my participation, including those resulting from the Released Parties’ own negligence.

4. Assumption of Risk
I fully assume all risks, known and unknown, related to participation in the lifeguard training, and I agree not to hold the Released Parties liable for any harm that may result.

5. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for the use of my image in photos or videos taken during the course for promotional or instructional purposes by iGuard LV.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the class start date will receive a full
refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior or no-shows are non-refundable.
• In the event iGuard LV must cancel or reschedule the class, participants will be offered either a full refund or a spot in the next available session. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this refund and
cancellation policy.

7. Acknowledgment and Signature
I have read this waiver carefully, understand its contents, and agree to the terms. I acknowledge that by signing below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
