  • Costs for Space 

    • The vendor registration cost is $50 for the event. A table and 2 chairs will be provided for you and 1 additional person. Any additional persons that are at your table must register for the the event. 
    • You will be allowed to access the space 1 hour before the event. 
    • Payments must be made before spaces can be allocated. Spaces are on a first come first come bases. We will not hold spaces if you haven’t paid the vendor fee.

    Eckaleo Entertainment Group, Inc. reserves the right to deny applications that do not align with our mission and vision as stated on our website.

    Payment Terms

    • Vendor fees shall be paid online at: www.eckaleo.com
    • Applications submitted 5 days before the event will be added to our waitlist. 
    • Eckaleo Entertainment Group, Inc. will retain 50% of all monies received for any cancellations 3 days prior to the event or failure to meet any portions of the agreement.
    • Eckaleo Entertainment Group, Inc. reserves the right to reallocate space in the event of cancellations and no-shows without a refund.
