The DSSC Japan Technical Review, is an opportunity for center members, invited guests, and DSSC personnel to be brought up-to-date on current DSSC research progress through oral presentations and poster sessions that highlight the center's project areas.
DSSC Review Structure
In particular, the highlights of this technical review includes research progress on an alternative HAMR NFT design and analysis as well its fabrication; Granular FePt-L10 media with h-BN grain boundary material that enables small and tall grains, micromagnetic modeling analysis on HAMR media design and recording analysis, HAMR ADC analysis as well as a novel reader design. We also plan to report on our development of NV-center probe based nano-magnetometry and its applications as well as recent progress on compute in memory technology.
