Initial space assignment is based on sponsorship level and additional assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation received:
- On or before September 1, 2025, refund minus $500
- Between September 2, 2025 and October 15, 2025, refund minus 50% of total booth cost
- After October 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
